Winston sun

Winston Sun has been residing in the US since 2009, soon he discovered his passion in business and started his adventure in quantitative finance. He has been in real estate investment, consulting, securities trading and investment banking. Winston obtained his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and yet deferred his Master's degree in Financial Management from Boston University. His past work experience from Bank of America Merrill Lynch and China Merchant Securities Co. confirmed Winston’s deep dive into the business world in his early 20s. He co-founded UniWill Ventures in 2017 and has been managing the VC fund headquarter office in the Bay Area, California. Winston strives to detect valuable early-stage startups and take them to the next funding round faster. Combined with his knowledge in Private Equity, secondary markets, and commercial banking, Winston has been a resourceful advisor to UniWill Venture's portfolio companies and a respected mentor to many young entrepreneurs.
Crysti Chen

Crysti Chen obtained her Master of Management in Global Affair from Schwarzman College in Tsinghua University, a MS.E.D in Education Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania and her B.A in Political Economy and International Studies from the University of Washington. She is a China Oceanview Fellow, AVPN BMW Foundation Asia Impact Fellow, and Mary Gates Leadership Scholar. Prior to co-founding UniWill Ventures in 2017, Crysti founded 2 NGOs which missioned in promoting education accesses and social justice in developing countries. 9 consecutive years of dedicated work in nonprofit made her realize the power of capital in driving social changes. Therefore, Crysti devoted herself into Venture Capital pathway with a particular focus on funding "social enterprises" and "investing for an impact". Crysti is passionate and supportive of talented startup teams across fields, she is connecting dots in between mission-driven entrepreneurs and urgent societal/ environmental issues. She has been dedicatedly looking for futuristic and scalable solutions to improve humans’ lives without compromising our ocean, forest, biodiversity and humanity. She’s down for circular economy, inclusive society, and become a leading voice in impact investing as a female millennial investor.
